摘要
存量规划背景下城市各个层次的规划更趋向于城市治理,在交通基础设施建设方面也由以需定供转向以供调需,更注重系统完善和能力效率提升。在以发展公共交通为主导的综合交通体系的前提下,深圳城市核心区作为承载下一个周期的发展带动极点,在交通体系构建上更注重用地集约、功能复合、设施共享,强调以人为本,遵循减量规划。本文以深圳香蜜湖片区为例,探索新时期核心区超高密度开发与高品质交通体系构建的共赢思路,为同类片区提出交通减量增效,转型发展的新路径。
Under the background of stock planning,urban planning at all levels tends to urban governance,and in terms of transportation infrastructure construction,it has also changed from demand-based supply to demand-based adjustment,paying more attention to system improvement and capacity efficiency improvement.On the premise of developing a comprehensive transportation system dominated by public transportation,Shenzhen urban core area,as the driving pole for carrying the development of the next cycle,pays more attention to land intensive,functional compound and facility sharing in the construction of transportation system,emphasizes people-oriented and follows the reduction plan.Taking Xiangmihu area in Shenzhen as an example,this paper explores the win-win idea of ultra-high-density development and high-quality transportation system construction in the core area in the new period,and puts forward a new path of traffic reduction and efficiency improvement and transformation and development for similar areas.
