摘要
目的探讨缩宫素联合马来酸麦角新碱对宫缩乏力产后出血的效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月南京市六合区人民医院妇产科收治的宫缩乏力产后出血产妇100例,以随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=50)予缩宫素治疗,研究组(n=50)联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗。对两组产妇治疗效果、产后出血量、凝血功能及不良反应进行比较分析。结果研究组治疗有效率为96.00%,较对照组的84.00%高,P<0.05。研究组产后2 h、4 h与24 h出血量各为(227.57±25.31)ml、(272.92±28.79)ml、(308.57±30.55)ml,均较对照组的少,P<0.05。研究组治疗后PT(16.11±1.89)s、TT(20.23±2.42)s均较对照组长,FIB(2.22±0.25)g/L较对照组低,P<0.05;研究组不良反应发生率为10.00%,与对照组的12.00%对比,P>0.05。结论马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗宫缩乏力产后出血能有效减少产妇产后出血量,并改善凝血功能,且用药安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ergonovine maleate combined with uterotonin on postpartum haemorrhage due to lack of uterine contraction and to analyse its safety.Methods:100 cases of postpartum haemorrhage with weak contraction were selected from January 2022 to December 2023,and were grouped by random number table method,the control group(n=50)was treated with uterotonin,and the study group(n=50)was treated with ergonovine maleate,and the treatment effect,postpartum haemorrhage,coagulation function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analysed.Results:The response rate in the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,P<0.05;the amount of post-partum haemorrhage in the study group at 2h,4h and 24h was(227.57±25.31)、(272.92±28.79)and(308.57±30.55)ml respectively,which were less than that in the control group,P<0.05;the PT after treatment in the study group(16.11±1.89)s、TT(20.23±2.42)s were longer than the control group,and FIB(2.22±0.25)g/L was lower than the control group,P<0.05;the rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%,which was not significant compared with the control group 12.00%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The efficacy of ergonovine maleate combined with oxytocin for postpartum haemorrhage in women with weak contraction is reliable,can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum haemorrhage,improve the coagulation function of women,and has fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference.
