摘要
介绍水煤浆装置的隔膜式计量泵的结构、工作原理以及在水煤浆装置中的应用。针对泵在运行中常出现打量不足的情况进行原因分析,采取相应的处理措施,并提出日常维护的要求和建议,从而有效降低泵的运行故障。
This article introduces the structure,working principle,and application of diaphragm metering pumps in water-coal slurry installations.It analyzes the common issue of insufficient flow during pump operation,proposes corresponding troubleshooting measures,and provides requirements and recommendations for routine maintenance to effectively reduce pump operational failures.
