摘要
在乡村振兴战略与种业振兴行动的双重驱动下,甘肃省作为全国玉米制种核心基地,其产业发展对国家粮食安全与农业现代化进程具有重要影响。本研究通过实地调研与案例分析,揭示了甘肃省玉米制种产业面临的技术依赖、产业链断裂等核心问题,如种质资源高度依赖进口、本土研发能力薄弱、智能技术应用滞后,以及加工环节薄弱、品牌建设不足、销售渠道单一等。针对这些问题,提出了“政策赋能+技术创新+产业融合”三位一体的发展路径,通过实施这些策略,可以有效推动甘肃省玉米制种产业的高质量发展,实现粮食安全与乡村振兴的协同共进。
Driven by the strategy of rural revitalization and the revitalization of the seed industry,-Gansu Province,as the core base of corn seed production in China,has an important impact on national food security and agricultural modernization.Through field investigation and case analysis,this study revealed the core problems faced by the maize seed production industry in Gansu Province,such as high dependence on imports,weak local R&D capabilities,lagging application of intelligent technologies,weak processing links,insufficient brand building,and single sales channels.In view of these problems,the trinity development path of"policy empowerment,technological innovation and industrial integration"is proposed,which can effectively promote the high-quality development of the maize seed industry in Gansu Province and realize the synergy between food security and rural revitalization.
