摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,中俄跨境电商市场规模持续扩大,对具备电商运营能力和数字化技能的复合型人才的需求急剧增加。哈尔滨科学技术职业学院充分利用区位优势,依托“中俄跨境电商直播销售开物工坊”项目,积极探索“数字+跨境电商”融合育人模式,以职业道德与数字素养为核心重构跨境电商职业能力框架,以成果导向与行业需求为准则制订跨境电商人才培养方案,以技术赋能与创新驱动为宗旨推进课程体系的双维度数字化转型,以师资团队建设与产教融合为支撑构建产教协同育人的生态体系。通过一系列举措,学生的专业能力和国际沟通能力得到显著提升,毕业生的就业满意度和企业认可度大幅提高,为“一带一路”建设提供了坚实的人才支撑。
With the deep promotion of“the Belt and Road”Initiative,the scale of the cross-border e-commerce market between China and Russia is continuously expanding and the requirements for all-round talents who have the e-commerce operation competence and digital skills are dramatically increased.Harbin Vocational College of Science and Technology makes full use of the regional advantages,relies on the“China-Russia Cross-border E-commerce Live-streaming Sales Workshop”project,and actively explores the“digital plus cross-border e-commerce”integration education modes.It takes the professional virtue and digital quality as the core to reconstruct the professional competence framework of cross-border e-commerce,considers the outcome orientation and industry requirements as the principles to formulate the talent cultivation plans,regards the technology empowerment and innovation drive as the purpose to promote the digital transformation in curriculum system,and takes the teaching group building and industry-education integration as the support to construct the ecological system of industry-education coordination.Through the above series of measures,college students’professional competence and international communication ability have been prominently improved,and the graduates’employment satisfaction and enterprises’recognition have significantly increased,providing solid talent support for“the Belt and Road”construction.
