摘要
为了进一步提高采煤机截割作业稳定性,利用EDEM-R D耦合仿真分析的方法建立了采煤机-煤壁交互数学模型,对全煤工况和两层夹矸工况下的采煤机截割滚筒的振动特性进行了研究,结果表明:耦合仿真分析能够最真实地反映采煤机截割作业时的受力特性,能够为优化截割滚筒结构、提高截割经济性提供指导。
In order to further improve the stability of the cutting operation of the coal mining machine,an interactive mathematical model between the coal mining machine and the coal wall was established using the EDEM-R D coupling simulation analysis method.The vibration characteristics of the cutting drum of the coal mining machine under the full coal condition and the two-layer gangue condition were studied.The results showed that the coupling simulation analysis could most accurately reflect the force characteristics of the cutting operation of the coal mining machine,and provide guidance for optimizing the structure of the cutting drum and improving the cutting economy.
