摘要
为了提高316L不锈钢在压力容器生产中的应用稳定性,对利用ER316L实心焊丝和MAG工艺焊接的316L不锈钢焊接接头的可靠性进行了分析。结果表明:焊接接头位置组织特性稳定,接头材料主要为奥氏体和铁素体,奥氏体分布均匀,晶粒细腻,无气孔及裂隙问题;焊接接头处的结构强度为母材的1.21倍,且具有较高的抗晶间腐蚀能力,完全满足压力容器焊接的可靠性要求。
In order to improve the application stability of 316L stainless steel in pressure vessel production,the reliability of 316L stainless steel welded joints using ER316L solid wire and MAG process welding was analyzed.The results show that the microstructure characteristics of the welded joint are stable,and the joint materials are mainly austenite and ferrite.The austenite distribution is uniform,the grain is fine,and there are no porosity or cracking problems.The structural strength of the welded joint is 1.21 times that of the base metal,and it has high resistance to intergranular corrosion,fully meeting the reliability requirements of pressure vessel welding.
