视觉检测技术在TVS-2M弹簧自动打磨和刻字中的研究与应用

摘要 针对TVS-2M弹簧现有的打磨和刻字存在的效率和精度低的问题,将视觉检测应用于自动化打磨和刻字中。将视觉检测集成于自动化设备中,通过视觉检测模块、角度检测模块和粗糙度检测模块的协同工作,实现对弹簧打磨和刻字的效果实时监测和过程精确控制,同时能够保证精度并降低人工成本。实验结果表明,打磨结果检测精度较高且误差小于3%,刻字后字符读取的准确率为100%。 To address the low efficiency and accuracy of the existing grinding and marking of TVS-2M springs,vision inspection is used in the automated grinding and marking.Visual inspection is embedded in the automation equipment,and through the collaborative work of the visual inspection module,angle detection module and roughness detection module,it achieves real-time monitoring of the results of grinding and marking of springs and precise control of the process,and at the same time can ensure the accuracy and decrease the cost of labour.The experimental results demonstrate that the grinding results are detected with high accuracy and the error is less than 3%,and the accuracy of character reading after engraving is 100%.
