摘要
医教协同是新时代中医学专业人才培养的重要路径,培养思维和实操技能并重的临床医学类专业人才需要顺应医学教育人才培养趋势,贯彻“理实一体”的人才培养特点,做到“早临床、多临床、反复临床”。本研究旨在探索其建设路径,分析当前高职中医学专业临床教学基地建设面临的各类问题并提出相应的解决措施。通过校院协同育人,提升高职中医学专业临床教学基地的建设水平,强化学生中医临床诊疗思维与中医临床诊疗技术并重,为中医行业输送更多优秀的高职人才。
Medical education collaboration is an important path for cultivating talents in traditional Chinese medicine in the new era.To cultivate clinical medical professionals with both theoretical thinking and practical skills,it is necessary to follow the trend of medical education and talent cultivation,implement the characteristic of"integration of theory and practice"in talent cultivation,and achieve"early clinical practice,more clinical practice,and repeated clinical practice".This study aims to explore the construction path,analyze various problems faced by the current clinical teaching base construction of traditional Chinese medicine in higher vocational colleges,and propose corresponding solutions.Through the collaborative education of schools and hospitals,the construction level of clinical teaching bases for traditional Chinese medicine in higher vocational colleges can be improved,and the cultivation of students'thinking and skills in traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment can be strengthened,so as to provide more excellent higher vocational talents for the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
