矿井主提升机提效优化与智能操控系统研究应用

摘要 针对榆树井立井提升效率低、安全隐患大、精确度控制程度低等问题,通过自行设计、加工、改造安装手段,构建了提升机井上下金属支撑结构双重冗余、桁架式支撑机械结构创新技术体系,开发运用了“固态型物理链接编解码控制”的提升机远程监控、无人操控系统,首次将新型KVM技术用于煤矿自动化控制系统,将传统“软件+光纤点对点传输控制理念”变换为“固态型物理链接编解码控制理念”,在副井创建了无线遥控下的矿井操车系统设计应用创新技术体系和操车系统智能语音播报控制系统,并深度融合罐笼提升中防车辆越位的检测保护系统,解决了煤矿立井提升系统中提升机提速、高效生产、无人自动化控制系统、远程控制系统稳定性等的技术发展面临的难题,经济、应用效果显著。 In response to the problems of low hoisting efficiency,large safety hidden danger,low degree of accuracy control and others in vertical shafts of Yushujing,by means of self-designed,processed,transformation and installation,an innovative technology system for the double redundancy of the upper and lower metal support structure and the truss type support mechanism structure of the hoist shaft is created.A remote monitoring and unmanned control system for the hoist is developed using"solid-state type physical link encoding and decoding control".For the first time,the new type of KVM technology is applied to the coal mine automation control system,transforming the traditional"software+fiber optic point-to-point transmission control concept"into a"solid-state type physical link encoding and decoding control concept".The mine vehicle operation system design and application innovative technology system and vehicle operation system intelligent voice broadcast control system under wireless remote control are created in the auxiliary shaft,the detection and protection system for preventing vehicle offside in cage hoisting is deeply integrated,solving the difficult problems faced by the technical development of hoist speed up,efficient production,unmanned automation control system,remote control system stability and others in the coal mine vertical shaft hoisting system,and the economic and application effects are significant.
