摘要
司国民教授,山东省立医院中医科主任,博士生导师。山东省名中医药专家,全国优秀中医临床人才,第三批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作学术继承人,师从伤寒大家李克绍,精通仲景之学,擅长治疗内科常见疾病、疑难杂症,对于郁证的治疗也有不少经验。文章对司教授在肝肾同源理论基础上对郁证进行经验总结。郁证是中医病证名的一种,多由情志不舒,气机郁滞所导致,多以情绪低落,情绪不宁为主症。肝肾同源的学说认为肝肾虽然在结构上和功能上存在着不同,但其来源是一致的,生理病理也是紧密联系的。司教授持肝肾同源之说,着重指出郁证之发生与肝肾失调关系密切,在治疗上应以调治肝肾为主,并通过滋补肝肾,疏肝解郁等方法恢复人体阴阳平衡。他强调整体观念和辨证施治相结合,用中药治疗以六味地黄丸,逍遥散等方为主,针灸治疗为辅,选肝肾经穴以太冲,行间等穴。司教授治疗经验既是中医整体观念及辨证施治思想的集中体现,又是郁证治疗的新思路、新途径,临床效果显着。
Professor Si Guomin,director of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Shandong Provincial Hospital,doctoral supervisor.He is an expert of traditional Chinese medicine in Shandong Province,a national excellent clinical talent of traditional Chinese medicine,and the academic successor of the third batch of national old experts of traditional Chinese medicine.He has learned from Li Keshao,a great master of the study of Zhongjing,and is good at treating common diseases and dificult and complicated diseases in internal medicine.He also has a lot of experience in the treatment of depression.This article summarizes Professor Si's experience on depression syndrome based on the theory of homologous liver and kidney.Depression syndrome is one of the diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.It is mostly caused by emotional depression and stagnation of qi machine.It is mainly caused by low mood and restless mood.The theory that the liver and kidney are homologous holds that although the liver and kidney are different in structure and function,their sources are consistent,and their physiology and pathology are closely related.Professor SI HOLDS the THEORY of THE SAME ORIGIN OF liver and KIDNEY,AND EMPHASIZES THAT THE occurrence OF DEPRESSION SYNDROME IS closely related to the disorder of liver and kidney.In the treatment,we should focus on regulating liver and kidney,and restore the balance of Yin and Yang by nourishment of liver and kidney,soothing liver and relieving depression.He emphasized the combination of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment.He used Liuwei Dihuang pill,Xiaoyao powder and other prescriptions as the main treatment,supplemented by acupuncture,and selected the liver and kidney meridian points,such as Tai Chong,Xingjian and so on.Professor Si's treatment experience is not only the concentrated embodiment of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment,but also a new idea and way of depression treatment,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
