摘要
结直肠癌是全球范围内一种常见的恶性肿瘤。结直肠癌术后化疗患者常常面临多种生理、心理和社会功能方面的不适症状。为了有目的性和针对性地提高该病患者生活质量,为其提供更加及时有效的护理措施,有必要对其进行症状管理。随着研究的不断深入,症状管理已经从单一症状转向症状群的研究。文章先阐述症状群的概念,然后对国内、外症状群的研究现状进行综述,最后探讨结直肠癌术后化疗患者症状群研究的未来方向,为进一步深入研究结直肠癌术后化疗患者症状群,为结直肠癌术后化疗患者提供更为个性化的症状群管理方案提供理论依据和研究思路。
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor worldwide.Postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer often experience multiple physical,psychological,and social functional discomforts.To purposefully and effectively improve the quality of life for these patients and provide timely and efficient nursing interventions,symptom management is essential.With ongoing research,symptom management has shifted from focusing on individual symptoms to studying symptom clusters.This article first elaborates on the concept of symptom clusters,then reviews the current status of symptom cluster research both domestically and internationally,and finally explores future directions for research on symptom clusters in postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer.The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation and research insights for further in-depth studies on symptom clusters in these patients,ultimately leading to more personalized symptom cluster management strategies.
