计及恢复过程状态估计误差风险的配电网恢复决策

摘要 配电网在供电恢复过程中的可观可控能力会随着物理及信息系统的逐步恢复而动态变化。为此,文中研究了计及恢复过程状态估计误差风险的配电网恢复决策方法。首先,建立了配电信息物理系统的拓扑模型,并结合恢复过程中信息、物理系统的耦合关系,进一步建立了面向恢复决策的信息物理系统恢复状态约束;其次,分析信息系统的可达性与物理系统的可观性,通过状态估计误差风险来反映系统可观性对恢复决策的影响,通过恢复操作耗时来反映系统可控性对恢复决策的影响;然后,以预估恢复净收益最大为目标建立了配电信息物理系统恢复决策模型,并建立了多分区并行优化求解方法;最后,通过修正的IEEE 123节点系统的恢复决策过程验证了所提决策模型的有效性。 In the process of power supply restoration,the observability and controllability of the distribution network change dynamically with the gradual restoration of physical and cyber systems.Therefore,this paper studies the distribution network restoration decision methods considering the risk of state estimation error in the restoration process.Firstly,the topology model of the cyber-physical distribution system is established,and the restoration state constraints of the cyber-physical system are further established for the restoration decisions combining the coupling relationship between the cyber and physical systems in the restoration process.Secondly,the reachability of the cyber system and the observability of the physical system are analyzed.The risk of state estimation error is used to reflect the influence of the system observability on the restoration decision,and the restoration operation time is used to reflect the influence of the system controllability on the restoration decision.Then,a restoration decision model of cyber-physical distribution system is established with the objective of maximizing the estimated restoration net revenue,and a multi-partition parallel optimization solution method is established.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed decision model is verified by the restoration decision process of a modified IEEE 123-bus system.
