摘要
理解安全阀排量系数并明确其数值,是开展安全阀超压泄放设计的关键。现有标准规范对排量系数的定义及取值的规定并不相同。基于此,该文调研国内外标准规范包括GB/T 150.1—2024、GB/T 12241—2021、GB/T 12242—2021、GB/T 12243—2021、GB/T 28778—2023、SH/T 3210—2020、API 520—2020、API 521—2020、ASME BPVC VIII—2023和ISO 4126-1:2013等对排量系数的相关术语名称、符号、定义及取值规定,分析其异同点,综合文献信息探讨额定排量系数的数值及影响因素,明确排量系数在超压设计中的应用。该文工作对开展安全阀超压泄放设计具有指导意义。
Understanding the displacement coefficient of the safety valve and clarifying its value are the key to the overpressure relief design of the safety valve.Existing standards and specifications have different definitions and values of displacement coefficients.Based on this,this paper investigates domestic and foreign standards and specifications including GB/T 150.1-2024,GB/T 12241-2021,GB/T 12242-2021,GB/T 12243-2021,GB/T 28778-2023,SH/T 3210-2020,API 520-2020,ASME BPVC VIII-2023,ISO 4126-1:2013 et al.analyzed the similarities and differences of relevant terms,names,definitions and value regulations for displacement coefficients,discussed the values and influencing factors of rated displacement coefficients based on literature information,and clarified the use of displacement coefficients in overpressure design.The work in this paper has guiding significance for the overpressure relief design of safety valves.
