北流河大桥施工过程中最大悬臂状态抗风性能研究

Research on the Wind-resistant Performance of Beiliuhe Bridge under the Maximum Cantilever State during the Construction

摘要 风荷载作用下,大跨度桥梁结构的抗风性能是影响其设计与施工的控制性因素。在我国南方沿海地区,采用悬臂施工法施工的大跨度桥梁须考虑最大悬臂施工状态下抵御台风侵袭的安全性问题。以广西藤县主跨135m的北流河大桥为例,分析其在最大悬臂施工状态下的抗风性能。应用ANSYS软件建立最大悬臂状态下的桥梁有限元模型,并采用Fluent大型计算流体力学软件模拟桥梁在台风等极端气象条件作用下的受力特性。结果显示,桥梁在最大悬臂状态下能够抵御一般台风作用,但若遭受龙卷风袭击,存在风致损毁风险。 Under the action of wind load,the wind-resistant performance of the large-span bridge structure is a controlling factor affecting the design and construction.In the southern coastal area of China,it is necessary for the large-span bridge constructed with the cantilever construction method to consider the safety issue that resists typhoon invasion under the maximum cantilever construction state.Taking the Beiliuhe bridge with a main span of 135m in Teng county of Guangxi as an example,the wind-resistant performance of the bridge under the maximum cantilever state during construction is analyzed.The finite element model of the bridge under the maximum cantilever state is established by applying the ANSYS software,and the stress characteristics of the bridge under the extreme weather conditions such as typhoon and so on are simulated by using the large-scale computational fluid dynamics software Fluent.The results show that,the bridge can withstand the action of ordinary typhoon under the maximum cantilever state,but there is a risk of wind-induced damage if it is hit by tornado.
