摘要
目的 分析高血压病患者不同中医辨证分型的舌象特征参数,为高血压病临床诊断提供一定的舌诊客观依据。方法 使用中医人工智能健康状态辨识系统采集健康体检人员以及高血压病患者各中医辨证分型的舌象信息,利用计算机对舌象图像进行自动识别,提取舌象各区域的颜色HSV参数,并分析高血压病各中医辨证分型的舌诊特征参数。结果 正常对照组以淡红舌、白苔为主;高血压病肝火亢盛组及阴虚阳亢组以红舌为主,痰湿壅盛组以淡白舌显著,苔色仅肝火亢盛组黄苔突出。正常对照组及高血压病各中医辨证分型组舌根、舌尖部舌色H值、S值,苔色H值,舌中部舌色H值、S值,苔色S值,舌边部舌色S值,苔色H值、S值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各中医辨证分型组舌象颜色参数比较,阴阳两虚组舌根、舌边部舌色、苔色H值均显著升高,说明舌色偏淡,苔色偏白;阴虚阳亢组舌边、舌尖部舌色、苔色S值均显著增高,说明舌色鲜艳,苔色偏淡黄。结论 高血压病患者不同证型舌诊参数的区域特异性与中医辨证分型密切相关,可为高血压病中医辨证论治提供一定的客观依据。
Objective To investigate the characteristic parameters of tongue manifestationin hypertensive patients with different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types,and to provide an objective basis for tongue diagnosis in the clinical diagnosis of hypertension.Methods The TCM artificial intelligence health state recognition system was used to collect tongue manifestation from the individuals undergoing physical examination and the hypertensive patients with different TCM syndrome types,and the computer was used to automatically recognize tongue manifestation,extract the color HSV parameters of each area of the tongue,and analyze the characteristic parameters of tongue diagnosis for hypertension with different TCM syndrome types.Results As for the color of the tongue,pink tongue and white tongue fur were mainly observed in the normal control group;red tongue was mainly observed in the hypertension groups with excessive liver fire syndrome and Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactivity syndrome,pale tongue was mainly observed in the hypertension group with phlegm-dampness stagnation,and yellow tongue fur was observed in the hypertension groups with excessive liver fire syndrome.There were significant differences between the normal control group and the hypertension groups with different TCM syndrome types in the H and S values of tongue color and the H value of tongue coating color at the root and tip of the tongue,the H and S values of tongue color and the S value of tongue coating color at the center of the tongue,and the S value of tongue color and the H and S values of tongue coating color at the margin of the tongue(P<0.05).As for the comparison of tongue color parameters between the hypertension groups with different TCM syndrome types,the Yin-Yang deficiency group had significant increases in the H value of tongue color and tongue coating color at the root and margin of the tongue,suggesting a light tongue color and a white tongue coating color,and the Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactivity group had significant increases in the S value of tongue color and tongue coating color at the margin and tip of the tongue,suggesting a bright tongue color and a yellowish tongue coating color.Conclusion The characteristics of tongue diagnostic parameters are closely associated with TCM syndrome types in hypertensive patients,which provides an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation-based treatment of hypertension.
