多机器人仓储系统运行数据同步传输技术研究

摘要 传统方法受网络状态适应不佳等原因的影响,存在运行数据同步传输性能低的问题,文中开展多机器人仓储系统运行数据同步传输技术研究。采用LZ77算法压缩数据,标准化打包完成同步任务,建立机器人与仓储中央控制系统通信连接,以CRC算法检验接收数据包,根据系统负载、网络状态和数据变更频率确定动态阈值控制策略、制定触发条件。测试结果表明,应用该技术后,运行数据压缩率最大达到56.38%,同步传输延迟最小为3 s,丢包率最小为2%,证实其应用性能更优。 Due to the poor adaptation of traditional methods to network conditions and other factors,there is a problem of low performance in synchronous transmission of operational data.Therefore,research is being conducted on the synchronization and transmission technology of operational data for multi robot storage systems.Use LZ77 algorithm to compress data,standardize packaging to complete synchronization tasks,establish communication connection between robots and warehouse central control system,use CRC algorithm to check received data packets,determine dynamic threshold control strategy and trigger conditions based on system load,network status,and data change frequency.The test results show that after applying this technology,the maximum data compression rate reached 56.38%,the minimum synchronous transmission delay was 3 seconds,and the minimum packet loss rate was 2%,confirming its superior application performance.
