摘要
对大挑臂复合截面节段梁在断面形式上进行创新,将整幅断面分解为节段预制的“预制核心段箱梁”和“预制挑臂”两部分。其中,“预制核心段箱梁”采用架桥机进行吊装、架设及拼装,而“预制挑臂”则在核心段成型后逐步拼装完成。基于复合截面的施工吊重及减重效率,对大挑臂复合截面节段梁的标准断面及跨径适应性进行了定性分析,同时结合有限元计算,研究不同跨径的合理结构体系和施工方案,提供了适用大挑臂复合截面节段梁的总体布置和结构体系。
The cross-sectional form of the large-cantilever composite cross-section segmental girder is innovated.The entire cross-section is decomposed into two parts of"prefabricated core section box girder"and"prefabricated cantilever",which are prefabricated in segments.The"prefabricated core section box girder"is hoisted,erected and assembled by the bridge erection machine,and the"prefabricated cantilever"is gradually assembled and completed after the core section is formed.Based on the construction hoisting capacity and weight reduction efficiency of the composite cross-section,the qualitative analysis is conducted on the standard section and span adaptability of the large-cantilever composite section segmental girder.At the same time combined with the finite element calculation,the reasonable structural systems and construction schemes for different spans are studied.The overall layout and structural system applicable to the large-cantilever composite cross-section segmental girder are provided.
