摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在儿童骶尾部藏毛窦切除术围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2024年6月于四川省医学科学院·四川省人民医院接受骶尾部藏毛窦切除术的60例患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。观察组实施针对性护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组术后恢复情况(疼痛消失时间、切口结痂时间和术后痊愈时间)、术后局部皮肤愈合情况、北美压疮咨询组织(NPUAP)/欧洲压疮咨询组织(EPUAP)评分、护理效果。结果观察组疼痛消失时间、切口结痂时间和术后痊愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组局部压痛、局部发红、局部感染的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组EPUAP/NPUAP评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅰ期愈合占比高于对照组,再次或多次手术占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在儿童骶尾部藏毛窦切除术围手术期的应用效果较好,可促进术后恢复,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the perioperative period of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus resection in children.Methods A total of 60 children who underwent sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus resection in Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences&Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received targeted nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The postoperative recovery conditions(pain disappearance time,incision scab time and postoperative recovery time),local skin healing after operation,National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel(NPUAP)/European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel(EPUAP)score and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The pain disappearance time,incision scab time and postoperative recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of local tenderness,local redness and local infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the EPUAP/NPUAP score of both groups was lower than that before nursing,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of stageⅠhealing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the proportion of repeated or multiple operations was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing has a good application effect during the perioperative period of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus resection in children,which can promote postoperative recovery and is worthy of promotion.
