摘要
目的比较经鼻肠梗阻导管减压与经鼻胃管减压(NGT)在小肠梗阻患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2024年6月郓城县人民医院收治的80例小肠梗阻患儿,以不同治疗方法分为两组,每组各40例。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组采用NGT,研究组采用经鼻肠梗阻导管减压,比较两组疗效。结果研究组腹围缩小程度、腹压减少程度、导管日平均引流量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组腹痛、呕吐、腹胀、停止排便及排气、腹部包块改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经鼻肠梗阻导管减压治疗小肠梗阻患儿的效果优于NGT,能有效缓解肠道梗阻症状,缩短症状改善时间,减少不良事件,值得推广。
Objective To compare the application effect of transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter decompression and nasogastric tube decompression(NGT)in children with small intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 80 children with small intestinal obstruction admitted to Yuncheng County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups with different treatment methods,40 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group received NGT,while the study group received transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter decompression.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The degree of abdominal circumference reduction,the degree of abdominal pressure reduction,and the average daily catheter drainage volume in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of abdominal pain,vomiting,abdominal distension,cessation of defecation and flatulence,and abdominal mass in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter decom pression in the treatment of children with small intestinal obstruction is better than that of NGT,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of intestinal obstruction,shorten the improvement time of symptoms,reduce adverse events,and is worthy of promotion.
