摘要
目的探讨人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法选取河池市第三人民医院2022年8月至2023年1月收治的130例HPV感染患者进行研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组(65例,采用人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗)、观察组(65例,在对照组基础上联合保妇康栓治疗),比较两组临床疗效、不良反应总发生率、阴道微生态情况。结果观察组临床总有效率(73.85%)高于对照组(53.85%)(P<0.05);两组不良反应情况比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后阴道pH值、阴道清洁度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗HPV感染,可改善患者阴道微生态,提升临床有效率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules combined with Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 130 patients with HPV infection admitted to the Hechi Third People’s Hospital from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(65 cases,treated with Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules)and the observation group(65 cases,treated with Baofukang Suppository on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,total incidence of adverse reactions,and vaginal microecology were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(73.85%)was higher than that of the control group(53.85%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The vaginal pH value and vaginal cleanliness in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules combined with Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of HPV infection can improve vaginal microecology and clinical efficiency of patients.
