摘要
针对某水电站发电机组设备的检修培训需求,提出基于建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)引擎设计机组设备的三维数字孪生模型并进行检修过程的仿真模拟。此外,还创新性地结合了虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)技术使培训人员能够在虚拟现实的环境中模拟和操作真实检修流程。研究过程能够为其他水电站运维管理提供参考。
Aiming at the maintenance training needs of generator set equipment in a certain hydropower project,a three-dimensional digital twin model based on the Building Information Modeling(BIM)engine is proposed to design the generator set equipment and simulate the maintenance process.In addition,it also innovatively combines Virtual Reality(VR)technology to enable trainers to simulate and operate real maintenance processes in a virtual reality environment.The research process can provide a reference for the operation and maintenance management of other hydropower projects.
