摘要
介绍安军明教授采用“扶阳抑阴,重视脾胃”的针灸治法思想治疗疾病的临床经验。安教授认为,随着现代人体质和饮食结构的改变,高热量、高脂肪以及寒凉等饮食物摄入过量,极易导致免疫力下降和消化系统疾病多发等方面的问题。因此安教授在黄元御中气思想的影响下,提出“扶阳抑阴,重视脾胃”的临床诊疗思路,并在临床结合方云鹏老先生的方氏头针理念,将头部“调神区”与传统经络辨证理论结合,形成“头体配穴”的复合针刺方案。治疗上,以三焦同调、标本兼治为临床治疗原则,依据“扶阳抑阴,重视脾胃”的思想进行穴位组方,并结合季节变化对穴位和针刺深度进行调整,顺应四时阴阳消长规律,强化临床疗效。该诊疗思路在治疗疾病、对患者进行整体调节方面颇具疗效,为临床治疗疾病提供了新思路。
This paper introduces the clinical experience of professor AN Junming in the treatment of diseases with the acupuncture and moxibustion method of“supporting Yang and suppressing Yin,attaching importance to spleen and stomach”.Professor AN believes that with the change of modern people’s constitution and diet structure,the excessive intake of high-calorie,high-fat and cold food is easy to lead to the decline of immunity and digestive system diseases.Therefore,under the influence of HUANG Yuanyu’s thoughts of middle-qi,professor AN proposed the clinical diagnosis and treatment idea of“supporting Yang to suppress Yin,attaching importance to spleen and stomach”,and combined the head acupuncture concept of Mr.FANG Yunpeng in clinical practice,combining the head“regulating the spirit area”with the traditional theory of meridian syndrome differentiation to form a composite acupuncture scheme of“head and body matching points”.In terms of treatment,the principle of clinical treatment is to treat both symptoms and root causes of the three focal points,according to the idea of“supporting Yang to suppress Yin,attaching importance to the spleen and stomach”,and adjust the acupoint and acupuncture depth combined with seasonal changes,comply with the law of Yin and Yang in the fouRseasons,and strengthen the clinical effect.This diagnosis and treatment idea is quite effective in the treatment of diseases and overall adjustment of patients,and provides a new idea for clinical treatment of diseases.
