Haynes230合金蠕变损伤研究

摘要 为了提高Haynes230合金高温蠕变行为的预测精度,基于镍基高温合金Haynes230在温度为750℃下的蠕变试验数据,对Norton蠕变模型和K-R蠕变模型进行蠕变损伤模型的构建。从蠕变寿命预测及蠕变曲线两个方面对K-R蠕变模型和Norton蠕变模型预测能力进行比较。结果表明:在预测材料的蠕变寿命方面,Norton蠕变模型要比K-R蠕变模型的预测效果要好。而在蠕变曲线对比方面,Norton蠕变模型模拟得到的蠕变曲线只能对Haynes230合金稳态蠕变阶段进行模拟,说明该模型对Haynes230合金蠕变过程预测能力较为有限。而K-R蠕变模型模拟整个过程的蠕变曲线比Norton蠕变模型更好。文中的研究将会为Haynes230合金的蠕变性能研究提供理论基础。 In order to improve the prediction accuracy of the high-temperature creep behavior of Haynes230 alloy,this paper constructs creep damage models of Norton creep model and K-R creep model based on the creep test data of Haynes230 at 750℃.The prediction ability of K-R creep model and Norton creep model is compared from two aspects of creep life prediction and creep curve comparison.The results show that Norton creep model is better than K-R creep model in predicting the creep life of materials.In terms of creep curve comparison,the creep curve simulated by Norton creep model can only simulate the steady creep stage of Haynes230 alloy,indicating that the model has limited ability to predict the creep process of Haynes230 alloy.The creep curve of K-R creep model is better than that of Norton creep model.The results of this paper will provide a theoretical basis for the study of creep properties of Haynes230 alloy.
