摘要
目的探讨浅表超声联合腹部超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断效能。方法选取2019年8月至2023年8月本院收治的62例疑似急性阑尾炎患者,临床诊断时均进行浅表超声、腹部超声检查。比较浅表超声、腹部超声单独及联合检查对不同类型急性阑尾炎的检出情况;以手术病理结果为“金标准”,比较浅表超声、腹部超声单独及联合检查对急性阑尾炎的诊断效能。结果病理学检查中,有58例患者确诊为急性阑尾炎。浅表超声、腹部超声联合检查对不同类型急性阑尾炎的总检出率为98.28%,高于单独检查的87.93%、86.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.028、0.015)。浅表超声、腹部超声联合检查对急性阑尾炎的诊断准确度、灵敏度高于单独检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浅表超声联合腹部超声可提升不同类型急性阑尾炎的鉴别准确率,有效提高诊断效能。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 62 patients with suspected acute appendicitis admitted in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2023 were selected.Superficial ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound were performed during clinical diagnosis.The detection of different types of acute appendicitis by superficial ultrasound,abdominal ultrasound alone and combined examination was compared;with the surgical pathological results as the"gold standard",the diagnostic efficacy of superficial ultrasound,abdominal ultrasound alone and combined examination for acute appendicitis was compared.Results In pathological examination,58 patients were diagnosed with acute appendicitis.The total detection rate of different types of acute appendicitis by combined examination of superficial ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound was 98.28%,which was higher than 87.93%and 86.21%by alone examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028,0.015).The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of combined examination of superficial ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound for acute appendicitis were higher than those of alone examination,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound can improve the accuracy of differential diagnosis of different types of acute appendicitis and effectively increase the diagnostic efficiency.
