立式筒仓用旋转布粮器的设计

摘要 一些高大立式筒仓通常采用顶部入粮,粮食通过筒仓的顶部中间位置的进粮口直接投入粮食,粮食落入筒仓后会在粮仓内底部形成一个锥形的大粮堆,根据储粮技术要求,需要人工通过工具将大粮堆进行整平作业,人工在仓内整平粮堆的工作量和难度都比较大,为解决粮食入仓堆积的问题,张志伟技能大师工作室经过1年多的反复测试、试验,研制出立式筒仓旋转布粮器。立式筒仓旋转布粮器不仅能够有效解决落料堆积、因人工入仓中粉尘危害大、劳动强度高等问题,还有力推动粮食仓储作业向机械化、智能化方向发展迈进。 When some tall vertical silos grain enters the warehouse,the top grain is usually used,the grain is directly put into the grain through the grain inlet in the middle of the top of the silo,the grain will form a conical large grain pile at the bottom of the granary after falling into the silo,according to the technical requirements of grain storage,the large grain pile needs to be leveled manually through tools,the workload and difficulty of manually leveling the grain pile in the silo are relatively large,in order to solve the problem of grain storage accumulation,the team has repeatedly tested and tested after more than a year,Developed a vertical silo rotary grain distributor.The equipment can not only effectively solve the problems of blanking accumulation,large dust hazard and high labor intensity in manual warehousing,but also effectively promote the development of grain storage operations in the dire ction of mechanization and intelligence.
