摘要
一些高大立式筒仓通常采用顶部入粮,粮食通过筒仓的顶部中间位置的进粮口直接投入粮食,粮食落入筒仓后会在粮仓内底部形成一个锥形的大粮堆,根据储粮技术要求,需要人工通过工具将大粮堆进行整平作业,人工在仓内整平粮堆的工作量和难度都比较大,为解决粮食入仓堆积的问题,张志伟技能大师工作室经过1年多的反复测试、试验,研制出立式筒仓旋转布粮器。立式筒仓旋转布粮器不仅能够有效解决落料堆积、因人工入仓中粉尘危害大、劳动强度高等问题,还有力推动粮食仓储作业向机械化、智能化方向发展迈进。
