摘要
人才发展与建设是推进公立医院向高质量发展迈进的内核驱动力。本文以广西Y医院为例,归纳总结人才发展过程中存在的人才引育质量不够、人才引育数量不足、科研平台建设不完备、人才培养机制不完善等问题。结合医院实际情况,提出精准定位人才引进策略、拓宽人才引培渠道、打造一流科研平台、构建科学人才培养体系、创新人才管理模式等措施以解决相关问题。进而实现人才队伍的优化,人才质量的整体提升;更好地发挥人才的驱动作用,为公立医院实现高质量发展提供建议和参考。
Talent development and construction is the core driving force for promoting public hospitals to move to-wards high-quality development.This article takes Hospital Y in Guangxi as an example to summarize the problems existing in the process of talent development,such as insufficient quality of talent introduction and cultivation,inad-equate quantity of talent introduction and cultivation,incomplete construction of scientific research platforms,and im-perfect talent cultivation mechanisms.Based on the actual situation of the hospital,measures such as precisely posi-tioning the talent introduction strategy,broadening the channels for talent introduction and cultivation,building a first-class scientific research platform,constructing a scientific talent cultivation system,and innovating the talent manage-ment model are proposed to solve related problems.Furthermore,the optimization of the talent team and the overall improvement of the talent quality can be achieved;Better leverage the driving role of talents to provide suggestions and references for public hospitals to achieve high-quality development.
