慕课在外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘要 目的探究外科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中应用慕课的效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年5月山东第二医科大学附属医院的80名住培医师为研究对象,根据教学方法不同分为研究组、基础组,各40名。基础组给予常规教学方法,研究组在此基础上加用慕课教学方法。比较两组的评判性思维能力、学习成绩、医患沟通能力及住培医师教学满意度。结果研究组评判性思维能力、医患沟通能力均高于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的理论知识、实操技能评分为(85.43±4.46)分、(90.35±4.35)分,均高于基础组的(83.40±4.39)分、(87.75±4.22)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.047,2.709;P均<0.05)。研究组教学满意度高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慕课可以提高外科住培医师的评判性思维能力及医患沟通能力,改善学习成绩及教学满意程度。 Objective To explore the effect of applying MOOCs in the standardized training of surgical residents(re-ferred to as resident training).Methods Eighty resident physicians from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the re-search group and the basic group according to different teaching methods,with forty physicians in each group.The ba-sic group was given the conventional teaching method,and the research group added the MOOC teaching method on this basis.The critical thinking ability,academic performance,doctor-patient communication ability and the teaching satisfaction of resident physicians of the two groups were compared.Results The critical thinking ability and doctor-patient communication ability of the research group were higher than those of the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the research group were 85.43±4.46 and 90.35±4.35 respectively,which were higher than 83.40±4.39 and 87.75±4.22 of the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.047,2.709;both P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion MOOCs can enhance the critical thinking ability and doctor-patient communication skills of surgical resident physicians,and improve their academic performance and teaching satisfaction.
