规范化、信息化的体检档案管理是医院健康管理的重要组成部分,对于提升医院健康保障水平具有显著意义。本文全面综述了规范化、信息化体检档案管理的相关内容,包括其在国内外的发展现状、具体管理模式、对医院健康保障水平的多方面影响,以及在实施过程中面临的问题和应对策略。通过对大量研究的综合分析,发现规范化、信息化体检档案管理能够有效整合体检数据,为医院提供全面、准确的健康信息,助力医院实现精准医疗和个性化健康管理,为医院健康保障工作提供更有力的支持,促进全民健康水平的提高。
Standardized and informatized management of physical examination archives is an important part of hospital health management and is of great significance for improving the health security level of hospitals.This article comprehensively reviews the relevant contents of standardized and informatized physical examination file management,including its current development status at home and abroad,specific management models,multi-faceted influences on the health security level of hospitals,as well as the problems faced and coping strategies during the implementation process.Through a comprehensive analysis of a large number of studies,it is found that standardized and information-based management of physical examination archives can effectively integrate physical examination data,provide hospitals with comprehensive and accurate health information,assist hospitals in achieving precise medical treatment and personalized health management,provide more powerful support for hospital health security work,and promote the improvement of the health level of the entire population.
