摘要
医院高质量发展是当前卫生健康领域研究的重要课题。该文基于高质量发展时代背景,结合当下某区属三级综合医院的发展定位,分析其发展面临的形势、存在的不足、发展优势及潜力,提出打造高水平区域医疗中心的实施路径,以提升医院核心竞争能力和综合实力,推动医院高质量发展,更好地为人民群众提供优质高效的医疗卫生服务。
The high-quality development of hospitals is an important research topic in the current field of health and wellness.Based on the background of high-quality development and in combination with the current development positioning of a district-owned tertiary general hospital,this article analyzes the situation it faces,existing deficiencies,development advantages and potential,and proposes the implementation path for building a high-level regional medical center.To enhance the core competitiveness and comprehensive strength of the hospital,promote its high-quality development,and better provide the people with high-quality and efficient medical and health services.
