基于S32G399的车载智能网关控制器的设计与应用

摘要 随着电子电气架构逐渐由分布式向集中式发展,以及“软件定义汽车”的思想提出,面向服务的架构也在汽车电子开发和软件设计中得到应用和落地。文章基于下一代集中式电子电气架构,采用NXP专用网关控制芯片S32G399开发和设计了车载智能网关控制器;利用芯片的低延迟通信引擎、数据包转发引擎、硬件加速引擎以及基于经典平台下的汽车开发系统架构协议栈高效地实现了控制器局域网和以太网的数据处理和路由转发;并在Cortex-M7内核上部署了基于经典平台下的汽车开发系统架构协议栈,在Cortex-A53内核上部署了基于自适应平台下的汽车开发系统架构协议栈。基于面向服务的软件架构部署和实现了信号转服务,在Cortex-M7和Cortex-A53内核上实现了信号和服务的转化和处理,极大地提升了网关控制器的智能化。 With the gradual shift of electronic and electrical architecture from distributed to centralized and the proposal of the concept of"software-defined vehicles",service-oriented architecture has also been applied and implemented in automotive electronic development and software design.Based on the next-generation centralized electronic and electrical architecture,this article develops and designs a vehicle-mounted intelligent gateway controller using the NXP dedicated gateway control chip S32G399.The data processing and routing forwarding of the controller's local area network and Ethernet have been efficiently achieved by leveraging the low-latency communication engine,data packet forwarding engine,hardware acceleration engine of the chip,and the protocol stack of the automotive development system architecture based on the classic platform.The automotive development system architecture protocol stack based on the classic platform is deployed on the Cortex-M7 core,and the automotive development system architecture protocol stack based on the adaptive platform is deployed on the Cortex-A53 core.The signal to service is deployed and implemented based on the service-oriented software architecture.The transformation and processing of signals and services are achieved on the Cortex-M7 and Cortex-A53 cores,which greatly enhanced the intelligence of the gateway controller.
