摘要
针对半自磨流程中矿石变硬导致半自磨机成为磨矿系统瓶颈的问题,基于某磁铁矿 SAB 流程,采用预破碎技术优化半自磨机新给料粒度分布,以实现系统去瓶颈。通过分析预破碎技术作用机理和工艺类型,讨论实施不同预破碎方案所需的破碎机最优选型,以及实现半自磨系统重新恢复稳定和最优运行的对应解决方案。
In view of the problem that the SAG mill became the bottleneck of the grinding system due to the ore hardening in the SAG mill process,based on the SAB process of a magnetite ore,the pre-crushing technology was used to optimize the particle size distribution of the new feed in the SAG mill to achieve debottleneck for the system.Then,by analyzing the mechanism and technology types of the pre-crushing technology,the optimal type of the crusher required to implement different pre-crushing schemes was discussed,and the corresponding solutions to restore the stability and optimal operation of the SAG system were discussed.
