摘要
目的研究百令胶囊对改善维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者微炎症状态与营养不良的效果。方法回顾性分析2023年2月-2024年12月期间贵航贵阳医院接诊的96例MHD患者,根据采用治疗方案的不同分为观察组(56例)和对照组(40例)。两组均接受MHD治疗,对照组予以常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以百令胶囊治疗。对比两组治疗前后的炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、肾功能[血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)]、微量元素指标(血钙、血磷、血钾)以及营养状态[白蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、营养全面评定量表(SGA)评分]。结果结果治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、SCr、BUN、血磷、血钾、SGA评分均比治疗前下降,且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组Ccr、血钙、Alb、TRF均比治疗前上升,且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊可降低MHD患者的炎性状态,减轻其肾功能损伤,维持血钙等微量元素平衡,改善其营养状态。
Objective To study the effect of Bailing capsules on improving the micro-inflammatory status and malnutrition in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 96 MHD patients admitted to Guiyang Hospital of Guizhou Airlines from February 2023 to December 2024.Based on the different treatment regimens,patients were divided into an observation group(56 patients)and a control group(40 patients).Both groups received MHD treatment;the control group received conventional Western medication for symptomatic treatment,while the observation group received Bailing capsules in addition to the treatment the control group received.The inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)],kidney function[blood creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)],trace element indicators(blood calcium,blood phosphorus,blood potassium),and nutritional status[albumin(Alb),transferrin(TRF),Subjective Global Assessment(SGA)]were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,SCr,BUN,blood phosphorus,blood potassium,and SGA scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and were lower in the observation group(P<0.05);Ccr,blood calcium,Alb,and TRF of the two groups increased compared with those before treatment,and were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsules can reduce the inflammatory status in MHD patients,alleviate renal function damage,maintain the balance of trace elements such as blood calcium,and improve nutritional status.
