“新医科”背景下BOPPPS联合PBL教学模式在内分泌科临床带教中的应用

摘要 目的探讨“新医科”背景下BOPPPS(Bridge-In、Objective、Pre-assessment、Participatory Learning、Post-assessment and Summary)结合以问题为导向的学习方法(problem based learning,PBL)在内分泌科临床教学中的应用效果。方法方法选取2023年1月-12月在潞河医院实习学生42名作为对照组,2024年1月-12月在院实习学生44名作为观察组。观察组基于BOPPPS框架设计课程,结合PBL模式以真实病例进行教学。对照组采用传统的教学方法授课。在课程结束后比较两组学生考核成绩、教学效果评价以及对教学的满意度调查问卷。结果结果观察组学生基础知识考核成绩、病例分析成绩及技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生自主学习能力、知识运用能力、临床思维与问题解决能力及医患沟通能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时激发了学生的学习兴趣,加强了团队协作精神。观察组学生对新的教学方法和教学模式认可度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结论BOPPPS联合PBL教学模式能有效提升内分泌科临床带教质量,增强学生临床实践与自主学习能力,契合“新医科”对复合型医学人才的培养目标,具有推广价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of endocrinology under the background of“new medicine”.Methods 42 students who practiced in Luhe Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the control group,and 44 students from January to December 2024 were selected as the observation group.The observation group designed the course based on BOPPPS framework and taught with real cases combined with PBL model.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods.After the end of the course,the two groups of students were compared in the assessment results,teaching effect evaluation and teaching satisfaction questionnaire.Results The test scores of basic knowledge,case analysis and skill in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The independent learning ability,knowledge application ability,clinical thinking and problem solving ability and doctor-patient communication ability of students in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the students’learning interest was stimulated and the team spirit was strengthened.The students in the observation group recognized the new teaching method and teaching mode more than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The BOPPPS combined with PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching in endocrinology,enhance students’clinical practice and self-learning abilities,and meet the training goals of“New Medicine”for composite medical talents,with promotional value.
