摘要
目的探究西帕依固龈液临床用于单根管合并牙周炎牙齿根管消毒的临床效果和封药术后反应。方法方法选取牙髓炎、根尖炎合并牙周炎患牙90颗,按区组随机化方法分为三组,分别为西帕依固龈液组、氢氧化钙糊剂组、樟脑酚组,每组患牙30颗。结果结果评估临床有效率和封药术后反应情况,西帕依固龈液组和氢氧化钙糊剂组无统计学差异(P>0.05),西帕依固龈液组和樟脑酚组有统计学差异(P<0.05),氢氧化钙糊剂组和樟脑酚组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论结论西帕依固龈液应用于单根管合并牙周炎牙齿根管消毒临床有效性和封药术后患者舒适度均比樟脑酚好,与氢氧化钙糊剂封药差别不大,临床值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and postoperative response of Xipayi Mouth Rinse for root canal disinfection in patients with single root canal periodontitis.Methods Ninety teeth with pulpitis,apical periodontitis combined with periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into three groups:the Xipayi Mouth Rinse group,Calcium hydroxide paste group,Camphophenique,30 capsules per group.Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in clinical efficacy and postoperative reactions between the Xipayi Mouth Rinse group and the calcium hydroxide paste group.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the Xipayi Mouth Rinse group and the Camphophenique group,and a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the calcium hydroxide paste group and the Camphophenique group.Conclusion The clinical efficacy and postoperative comfort of using Xipayi Mouth Rinse for root canal disinfection in patients with single root canal combined periodontitis are better than those of Camphophenique,and the difference is not significant compared to calcium hydroxide paste.It is worth promoting clinically.
