摘要
当前,智慧物流作为一种新的系统解决方案,已经成为降低物流成本、提高物流效率的重要形式。基于2014—2022年省级面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法评估中国各省份智慧物流效率的现状及其随时间的演变,并分析影响这些效率的关键因素。研究发现:(1)我国智慧物流产业整体呈现稳步增长,但中、西部和东北地区普遍存在物流资源投入产出不平衡问题,且西部地区的规模效率有待提升。(2)从分区域来看,东部地区作为中国经济的重要引擎,其全要素生产率指数增速领先于其他地区。而东北地区、西部地区和中部地区则分别在资源优化配置、市场拓展等方面展现出潜力。(3)从全要素生产率指数分解来看,技术效率指数和技术进步指数是影响我国智慧物流效率重要因素,而技术进步指数更是起到主导作用。基于以上发现,从加强区域合作、改善政策环境、优化资源配置等方面,提出推动中国智慧物流发展的政策建议。
At present,as a new system solution,intelligent logistics has become an important form to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency.Based on the provincial panel data from 2014 to 2022,the DEA-Malmquist index method is used to evaluate the current situation of smart logistics efficiency in China's provinces and its evolution over time,and the key factors affecting these efficiencies are analyzed.The study found that:(1)China's smart logistics industry as a whole has shown steady growth,but there is a general imbalance in the input and output of logistics resources in the central,western and northeastern regions,and the scale efficiency of the western region needs to be improved.(2)From a sub-regional perspective,the eastern region as an important engine of China's economy,its total factor productivity index growth ahead of other regions.The northeastern region,the western region and the central region show potential in resource optimization and market expansion.(3)From the decomposition of the total factor productivity index,the technical efficiency index and the technical progress index are important factors affecting the efficiency of China's smart logistics,and the technical progress index plays a leading role.Based on the above findings,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the development of China's smart logistics from the aspects of strengthening regional cooperation,improving the policy environment and optimizing the allocation of resources.
