摘要
放射性同位素物位计探测器故障更换部件后,待测物位的容器往往不能及时被清空,测量的物位与更换部件前的物位有误差,只能在装置检修时期进行零点标定或满量程标定。针对上述问题,利用一次函数特性修正更换部件后的物位计的零点和满量程计数率,完成放射性同位素物位计的标定工作,使仪表及时投入运行,减少仪表离线时间及辐射职业危害。
After the fault components of the radioactive isotope level gauge detector are replaced,the container for measuring level often can't be emptied in time,the measured level has errors compared with that before the component replacement,only during the equipment maintenance period can the zero calibration or full-scale calibration be carried out.In response to above issues,based on the linear characteristics of a linear function,the zero point and fullscale count rates of the meter are revised after component replacement,the calibration for the meter is completed,which makes the meter put into operation in time.The offline time of the meter and the occupational hazards caused by radiation are reduced.
