摘要
以某新建油库为例,介绍了数字化交付技术在油库中的应用方式,一是建立油库三维模型、智能P&ID、结构化数据、非结构化数据、文档资料等,与数字化交付平台相互关联,实现系统管理,信息采集、处理和移交等功能,为智慧油库建设提供数据基础;二是搭建油库设备全生命周期管理和智能巡检管理系统,强化安全管理、设备管理;三是将数字化交付平台和油库生产管理系统(MES)有机结合,实现设备信息查看、油库三维展示等应用。数字化交付将整体提升企业的管理水平,起到减员增效的重要作用,同时能够最大限度地实现资产、设备、档案、应急处置和运维等的高效科学管理。
Taking a newly built oil depot as an example,the application of digital delivery technology in oil depots is introduced.Firstly,it involves establishing a 3D model of the oil depot,intelligent P&ID,structured data,and unstructured document materials,which are interconnected with the digital delivery platform to achieve system management,information collection,information processing and information handover,a data foundation for the construction of a intelligent oil depot are provided.Secondly,it involves building a full-lifecycle management system for oil depot equipment and an intelligent inspection management system to enhance safety management and equipment management.Thirdly,it involves the efficient integration of the digital delivery platform and the oil depot MES,to achieve applications,including equipment information viewing and 3D visualization of the oil depot,etc.Digital delivery will comprehensively improve the management of enterprises,and plays an important role in reducing staff and increase efficiency,while with the realization of maximizing the efficient and scientific management of assets,equipment,archives,emergency response and operations and maintenance.
