摘要
在医疗服务中,医源性感染的预防与控制是保障患者安全、提高医疗质量的重要基石。实时有效的感染防控措施不仅能显著降低患者和医务人员感染风险,更是高质量医疗服务的必备条件。即时检测技术(POCT)作为一种便捷、快速、高效的现场诊断工具,能够迅速识别感染源头,并在感染发生现场及时启动精准的防控干预措施,显著降低医源性感染发生率。此外,实时感染防控策略还能够指导患者及时接受恰当的抗感染治疗,减少耐药菌的产生与传播,改善患者预后,进一步降低整体医疗成本。
The prevention and control of health-associated infections are essential for safeguarding patients and improving medical quality during the process of medical service.Real-time and effective prevention and control measures can not only remarkably reduce the risk of infections among the patients and health care workers but also are the essential conditions for high-quality medical service.As a convenient,rapid and highly efficient onsite diagnos-tic tool,point-of-care testing(POCT)can rapidly identify the source of infection and start precise control interventions at the spot of infection,which may remarkably reduce the incidence of health-associated infection.In addition,the real-time prevention and control strategies for infections can provide guidance for appropriate treatment of infections,reduce the emergence and transmission of drug-resistant strains,improve the prognosis of patients and further cut the overall medical cost.
