摘要
目的明确窄叶鲜卑花叶的主要化学物质基础。方法采用硅胶柱层析、中高压制备色谱、制备薄层色谱及重结晶等方法分离纯化窄叶鲜卑花叶70%乙醇提取物的化学成分,并通过高效液相色谱、核磁共振波谱、高分辨质谱等手段鉴定化学结构。结果从窄叶鲜卑花叶中分离得到40个化合物,包括11个苯丙素及酚类、9个黄酮类、3个香豆素类、8个萜类、5个生物碱类及4个脂肪酸等。结论研究结果丰富了窄叶鲜卑花的化学成分,为其质量评价及活性研究提供了物质基础。
OBJECTIVE To elucidate the primary chemical constituents of Sibiraea angustata(Rehder)Hand.-Mazz.METHODS Chemical components were isolated and purified from 70%ethanol extract of S.angustata leaves using silica gel column chromatography,medium-pressure and high-pressure preparative chromatography,preparative thin-layer chromatography,and recrystallization.Structural identification was performed through HPLC,NMR,and HRMS.RESULTS 40 compounds were isolated from the leaves of S.angustata,including 11 phenylpropanoids and phenolics,9 flavonoids,3 coumarins,8 terpenoids,5 alkaloids,and 4 fatty acids.CONCLUSION This study enriches the understanding of the chemical constituents of S.angustata and provides a material basis for its quality evaluation and pharmacological activity research.
