摘要
目的分析2023年乌鲁木齐市手足口病的流行特征及病原检测结果,为制定针对性防控措施提供依据。方法收集哨点医院手足口病临床诊断病例资料,采集病例粪便或咽拭子样本,采用荧光PCR法检测肠道病毒核酸,采用描述流行病方法分析手足口病流行特征并分析检测结果。结果2023年共采集样本1121份,肠道病毒核酸检测阳性919份;其中53份为CA16型、占5.77%,866份为其他肠道病毒型阳性、占94.23%,未检出EV71型。6岁以下儿童为主(577例)、占62.79%,不同年龄组阳性构成差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.267,P<0.05),不同性别阳性构成差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.340,P>0.05);8-10月为发病高峰,共检出肠道病毒核酸阳性样本614份、占66.81%(614/919)。结论2023年乌鲁木齐市手足口病的优势毒株为其他肠道病毒型和CA16型,发病人群主要为小于6岁儿童,8-10月为发病高峰。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological and etiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Urumqi in 2023.Methods Clinical diagnosis case data of HFMD in sentinel hospitals were collected.Throat swab was collected from the patients with HFMD.The nucleic acid of virus was tested by fluorescent real-time PCR in the stool samples.Detection results and epidemiological characteristics of HFMD were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results Among 1121 patients with HFMD,test results of 919 patients were positive for enterovirus nucleic acid.Among positive samples,53 specimens were positive for CA16 virus with a rate of 5.77%,and 866 samples were positive for other enterovirus types with a rate of 94.23%.EV71 virus was not detected.The patients of HFMD were mainly concentrated on children under 6 years old,and there are 577 patients were positive with a rate of 62.79%.The positive rate of hand-footmouth virus nucleic acid detection showed statistically significant differences among different ages(χ^(2)=10.267,P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of HFMD among different genders(χ^(2)=0.340,P>0.05).The incidence was seasonal,with the peak period from August to October.614 positive cases were detected with a rate of 66.81%(614/919).Conclusions In 2023,the dominant strains of HFMD in Urumqi were other enteroviruses and CA16 virus.The main patients of the disease were children under 6 years old.The peak incidence of HFMD was from August to October.
