摘要
制造企业数字化转型是我国从制造大国向制造强国转型的有效途径,更是新时期国民经济高质量发展的重要体现。文章在简要论述制造企业数字化转型动因的基础上,阐述了制造企业数字化转型对财务绩效的影响逻辑,并提出了数字化转型赋能制造企业绩效提升的实施路径,旨在促进制造企业财务绩效的全面提升。
The digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is an effective way for China to transform from a manufacturingpower to a manufacturing power,and it is also an important embodiment of the high-quality development of the national economy in thenew era.On the basis of briefly discussing the motivation of digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises,this paper expounds the log-ic of the impact of digital transformation on the financial performance of manufacturing enterprises,and puts forward the implementationpath of enabling the performance improvement of manufacturing enterprises by digital transformation,aiming at comprehensively improvingthe financial performance of manufacturing enterprises.
