摘要
发展高利用率的钢渣处理工艺,加大钢渣回收利用,始终是钢铁冶金行业中降本增效的重要途径。本文结合某钢厂钢渣处理的现状,充分利用现有场地条件,对原有钢渣处理产线布局进行了工艺改造,形成了一套独特的钢渣处理产线布局。同时通过工艺技术调整,对钢渣粒度和水分进行控制,结合钢渣处理生产线实际运行特点,提出了一系列行之有效的管控措施和运维增效模式。钢渣处理工艺改造后,不仅满足了钢渣回吃的技术条件要求,实现了批量化生产,还提高了钢渣对金属回收率,最终将尾渣金属铁含量控制在了2%以下,达到了国内先进水平,有力地推动了公司的降本增效工作。
Developing high utilization steel slagtreatment and increasing steel slag recycling have always been important ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the steel metallurgy industry.This article combines the current situation of steel slagtreatment in a certain steel plant,fully utilizes the existing site conditions,and carries out process transformation on the original steel slagtreatment production line layout,forming a unique steel slagtreatment production line layout.At the same time,by adjusting the process technology and controlling the particle size and moisture content of steel slag,combined with the actual operating characteristics of the steel slagtreatment production line,a series of effective control measures and operation and maintenance efficiency models have been proposed.After the transformation of steel slag processing technology,not only did it meet the technical requirements for steel slag recycling and achieve mass production,but it also improved the metal recovery rate of steel slag.Ultimately,the iron content in the tailings was controlled below 2%,reaching the advanced level in China and effectively promoting the companys cost reduction and efficiency improvement work.
