摘要
为了提高烧结机台车轮轴承的使用寿命,消除台车轮窜动、抱死、脱落等事故隐患,对损坏的台车轮进行解体分析,总结烧结机台车轮结构、检修维护与设备运行方面存在的问题。通过分析发现烧结机台车轮设计结构均存在缺陷,且台车轮检修维护不到位、轴承润滑脂选型不当,造成两台烧结机台车轮故障频发。解决上述问题后,两台烧结机台车轮故障减少了90%,基本消除了台车轮脱落造成烧结机卡停的设备事故,有效保证了烧结机的稳定顺行,同时降低了台车轮维修费用。
In order to improve the service life of the trolley wheel bearings on the sintering machine,and to eliminate potential accidents such as trolley wheel movement,locking,and falling off,etc.It is completely disassembled the damaged trolley wheels to find the causes,and analyzed the problems in the trolley wheels structure,maintenance,and equipment operation of sintering machines.Through analysis,it was found that there were defects in the design structure of the trolley wheels on the sintering machine,as well as the maintenance of the trolley wheel was inadequate and the lubricating grease of bearing was not selected properly,they finally caused the frequently failures of the trolley wheels on the two sintering machines.After the above problems have been improved,the failures of the trolley wheels on the two sintering machines were reduced by 90%,and completely eliminated the sudden halt caused by the falling off the trolley wheel,and effectively ensured the stable and smooth work of the sintering machine,and the maintenance cost of trolley wheels was reduced.
