摘要
连铸高效化是实现钢铁生产流程高效化的关键,新一代高效连铸技术向高效率、高质量、数字化、智能化及绿色低碳化方向发展。如今钢铁企业中厚板品种的小批量、小规格、多规格的生产特点日益显著,同时解决单流板坯连铸机较高浇注速度下多定尺铸坯自动切割及智能出坯的技术尤其重要。本文介绍了为某钢厂开发的中厚板板坯连铸机拉速范围在1.40m/min~1.60m/min情况下,利用数字液压缸、高精度激光定尺、铸坯自动对中、多台切割车布置等先进技术措施,解决了铸坯定尺长度在2200mm~3200mm范围内二次火焰切割机四倍尺自动无级调节切割技术及智能出坯技术的工艺需求。该技术为中厚板轧机提供了多规格短定尺铸坯需求的基础上,提高了连铸机小时产量、降低生产成本,也为企业带来了可观的经济效益。
The high efficiency of continuous casting is the key to the efficiency of the steel production process,the new generation of high-efficiency continuous casting technology is developing in the direction of high efficiency,high quality,digitalization,intelligence,and green and low-carbon.Nowadays,the production characteristics of small batches,small specifications and multiple specifications of medium and heavy plate varieties in iron and steel enterprises are becoming more and more significant,and it is particularly important to solve the technology of automatic cutting and intelligent discharge billet of multi-cut-to-length billets at the high casting speed of single-flow slab continuous caster.In this paper,the drawing speed of the medium and heavy plate slab continuous caster developed for a steel mill is introduced in the case of 1.40m/min~1.60m/min,and the advanced technical measures such as digital hydraulic cylinder,high-precision laser sizing,automatic centering of the casting slab,and the arrangement of multiple cutting cars are used to solve the process requirements of the fourfold stepless adjustment cutting technology and intelligent billet cutting technology of the secondary flame cutting machine with a cut-to-length in the range of 2200mm~3200mm.On the basis of providing multi-section and short length billets for medium thick plate rolling mills,this technology improves the hourly yield of continuous casting machine,reduces production costs,and also brings considerablel economic benefits to company.
