运动文胸衬垫规格对乳房竖直方向振动的影响

Effect of Pad Specifications on the Vertical Vibration of the Breast

摘要 为定量研究不同规格衬垫对乳房振动的影响,选取6名胸围75B的试验对象穿着配有不同尺寸和厚度衬垫的运动文胸进行跳跃运动,使用多点同步捕捉技术采集乳房振动数据,评价不同规格衬垫对乳房的减振效果。结果表明:当衬垫厚度一定,衬垫尺寸从0增加到8.0cm时,文胸的减振效果逐渐增大,但衬垫尺寸为12.0cm时,文胸对乳房外侧的减振效果不增反减;当衬垫尺寸一定,衬垫越厚,乳房所有位置的振动均有所减少,文胸的减振效果增强;此外,在跳跃运动中,衬垫规格对乳房内侧振动无显著差异,乳房下侧振动最大,而乳房外侧振动最小。该定量研究结果可用于指导运动文胸衬垫规格设计和优化。 In order to quantitatively study the effect of different specifications of pads on breast vibration,six subjects with a breast size of 75B performed jumping exercises wearing sports bras with diferent sizes and thicknesses of pad,multi-point synchronous capture technology was used to collect breast vibration data to evaluate the vibration reduction effect of different specifications of pads on breasts.The results show that when the thickness of the liner is constant and the size of the pad is from O to 8.0 cm,the vibration reduction effect of the bra gradually increases,but when the maximum size of the pad is 12.0 cm,the vibration reduction effect of the bra on the outer side of the breast does not increase but decreases.When the pad size is certain,the thicker the pad,the vibration of all positions of the breast is reduced,and the vibration reduction effect of the bra is enhanced.In addition,there was no significant difference in the vibration of the inner side of the breast in the jump motion,the vibration of the lower side of the breast was the largest,and the vibration of the outer side of the breast was the smallest.The quantitative research results can be used to guide the specification design and optimization of sports bra pad.
