防伪纤维制备与信息加密研究

Preparation and Information Encryption of Anti-counterfeiting Fibers

摘要 荧光防伪纤维是防伪纤维中应用最广泛的品种之一,由于其检测简便、实用性强,广泛应用于防伪标识、纸钞、机要文件、支票等领域。通过紫外光照射等方法,能够促使纤维发出特定颜色的荧光。随着市场对防伪与信息加密要求的提升,这种基于简单光学信息响应的荧光防伪纤维已经难以满足要求。文中对目前国内外基于一级光学信息和二级多重信息机密的荧光纤维进行总结,对荧光防伪纤维材料、制备方法和信息加密与提取方法进行分析,指出防伪纤维后续发展方向应是与传感技术相结合,开发出多级复杂信息加密的防伪纤维,并有望在智能穿戴、柔性传感、国防军工等领域取得新的应用成果。 Fluorescent anti-counterfeiting fiber is the most widely used among the variety of anti-counterfeiting fibers.Due to its easy detection and strong practicality,it is widely used in anti-counterfeiting identification,paper currency,confidential documents,checks and other fields.Through ultraviolet light irradiation,the fibers can emit specific colors of fluorescence.With the improvement of the market requirements for anti-counterfeiting and information encryption,this kind of fluorescent anti-counterfeiting fiber based on simple optical information response has been dificult to meet the requirements.This article summarizes the current fluorescent fibers based on primary optical information and secondary multiple information confidentiality both domestically and internationally,and analyzes the materials,preparation methods,information encryption and extraction methods of fluorescent anticounterfeiting fibers,and points out that the future development direction of anti-counterfeiting fibers should be combined with sensing technology to develop multi-level complex information encryption anti-counterfeiting fibers,which are expected to achieve new application results in intelligent wearables,flexible sensing,national defense and military industries.
