摘要
2025年是“两山”理念提出20周年。作为“两山”理念诞生地的浙江省安吉县余村,从“卖石头”到“卖风景”,从“绿色共富”到“模式输出”,余村人交出了一份举世瞩目的高分答卷。余村践行“两山”理念的基本经验可概括为“四新四全”,即不断确立新目标、进行新改革、创设新机制、建立新模式,努力实现全民参与、全链覆盖、全球合伙、全面发展。“两山”理念在余村的生动实践启示我们:在深化“两山”理念践行中,必须坚持生态优先、因地制宜、制度创新、共创共赢。实践证明,安吉余村是中国美丽乡村建设和乡村振兴的成功典范,它的发展经验不仅具有中国特色而且具有世界意义。
This year is the 20th anniversary of the“Two Mountains”theory.As the birthplace of the“Two Mountains”theory,Yu Village of Anji County of Zhejiang Province,from“selling stones”to“selling scenery”and then to“green wealth”,and finally“model output”,Yu Village’s people have delivered an outstanding performance.The basic experience of Yu Village practicing the“Two Mountains”theory can be summarized as“Four Innovations and Four Comprehensiveness”,which means constantly establishing new goals,carrying out new reforms,creating new mechanisms,establishing new models,and striving to realize universal participation,full-chain coverage,global partnership and comprehensive development.The vivid practice of the“Two Mountains”theory in Yu Village reveals to us that in deepening the practice of the“Two Mountains”theory,we must adhere to the ecological priority,adapt to local conditions,institutional innovation,and win-win situation.Practice has proved that Yu Village is a successful model of China’s beautiful countryside construction and rural revitalization,and its development experience is not only of Chinese characteristics but also of global significance.
