摘要
文章旨在探究罗伊氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus reuteri,LR)对肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫机能和肠道形态结构的影响。试验将800羽1日龄黄羽肉鸡随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复20羽,各组(CTR、LR 0.2、LR 0.4和LR 0.8)每天分别灌服0、0.2、0.4、0.8×109 CFU/d的LR,试验为期70 d。结果表明,与CTR组相比,LR 0.4和LR 0.8组的肉鸡末重分别显著提高4.54%和7.96%(P<0.05),日增重分别显著提高4.65%和8.14%(P<0.05),LR 0.8组料重比显著下降5.49%(P<0.05)。LR 0.2和LR 0.8组肉鸡血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著降低(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05),LR 0.8组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(D-LA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。LR 0.4组十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值显著提升(P<0.05),LR 0.4和LR 0.8组空肠绒毛长度、V/C值显著提升(P<0.05),LR 0.8组绒毛长度、V/C值显著提升(P<0.05)。试验结论:LR具有一定生长促进和免疫机能、肠道形态改善作用,在本试验条件下,最适剂量为0.8×109 CFU/d。
Experimental objective:Effects of different levels of Lactobacillus reuteri on the growth performance,immunity,and intestinal morphology of yellow-feathered broiler chickens.Experimental design:8001-day-old yellow feathered broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups(CTR,LR 0.2,LR 0.4,and LR 0.8),10 replicates per group and 20 chickens per replicate.Each group was orally administered with 0,0.2,0.4,and 0.8×109 CFU/d of LR,the experiment lasted for 70 days.Experimental results:Compared with the CTR group,the final weight of broiler chickens in the LR 0.4 and LR 0.8 groups increased significantly by 4.54%and 7.96%(P<0.05),and the daily weight increased significantly by 4.65%and 8.14%(P<0.05),respectively.The feed to weight ratio of the LR 0.8 group decreased significantly by 5.49%(P<0.05).The serum IL-1βlevels were significantly reduced(P<0.05)and IgG levels were significantly increased(P<0.05)in the LR 0.2 and LR 0.8 groups of broiler chickens,while the TNF-α,DAO,and D-LA levels were significantly reduced in the LR 0.8 group(P<0.05).The duodenal V/C value was significantly increased in the LR 0.4 group(P<0.05),the villus length and V/C value of the jejunum were significantly increased in the LR 0.4 and LR 0.8 groups(P<0.05),and the villus length and V/C value were significantly increased in the LR 0.8 group(P<0.05).Experimental conclusion:LR has certain effects on growth promotion,immune function,and improvement of intestinal morphology.Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal dose is 0.8×109 CFU/d.
