牡蛎多糖对蛋鸡生产性能、血清抗氧化和炎症因子含量的影响

摘要 文章旨在研究牡蛎多糖(Oyster polysaccharides,OPS)对蛋鸡生产性能、血清抗氧化和炎症因子含量的影响。试验将960羽48周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复20羽,分别饲喂基础日粮+0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%OPS的试验日粮,预饲期7 d,正试期72 d。结果表明,与CON组相比,OPS 0.4和OPS 0.8组蛋鸡日采食量显著提高6.60%和10.59%(P<0.05),软破蛋率显著降低62.87%和64.67%(P<0.05),OPS 0.8组产蛋率显著提高3.69%(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低6.20%(P<0.05)。OPS 0.4和OPS 0.8组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),活性氧(ROS)和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),OPS 0.8组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),OPS 0.2~OPS 0.8组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。OPS 0.8组蛋鸡血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著降低(P<0.05),OPS 0.4和OPS 0.8组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)含量显著降低(P<0.05),OPS 0.2~OPS 0.8组D-乳酸(D-LA)含量显著降低。结论:牡蛎多糖能有效改善蛋鸡氧化应激和炎症损伤,提高产蛋性能,在本试验条件下,最适添加量为0.8%。 The effect of oyster polysaccharides on the production performance,serum antioxidant and inflammatory factor content of laying hens.96048-weeks HyLine brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups,12 replicates per group and 20 hens per replicate,and fed basic diet+0%,0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8%OPS,respectively.The pre-trial for 7 days and the main-trial for 72 days.Compared with the CON group,the daily feed intake in OPS 0.4 and OPS 0.8 groups were significantly increased by 6.60%and 10.59%(P<0.05),and the soft break rate significantly decreased by 62.87%and 64.67%(P<0.05).The egg production rate in OPS 0.8 group significantly increased by 3.69%(P<0.05),and the feed egg ratio significantly decreased by 6.20%(P<0.05).The T-AOC ability of OPS 0.4 and OPS 0.8 groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),while the ROS and MDA content were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The SOD activity of OPS 0.8 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the CAT activity of OPS 0.2~OPS 0.8 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum IL-1βlevels in the OPS 0.8 group of laying hens were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the IL-6,TNF-α,and DAO levels in the OPS 0.4 and OPS 0.8 groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The D-LA levels in the OPS 0.2 to OPS 0.8 groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Experimental conclusion:Oyster polysaccharides can effectively improve oxidative stress and inflammatory damage symptoms in laying hens and enhance egg production performance.Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal addition amount is 0.8%.
